I think I'd prefer the 7,000 tons of metal. It's one thing to say you've been to a festival, it's another to say you've been to one on a cruise.

I think the experience at Wacken will be superior to any cruise in the world. Especially one in January.

yea i could care less about status if that's what you mean judy, and wine im going in 2012 unless Wacken is absolutely amazing next year because im short on money. Roundtrip tickets to Hamburg here are like $1500

Hopefully, next summer I will be in Europe for a study abroad program. My friend said I'm soooo going to fail out of the program from skipping class to go to festivals, which I can see happening.

Really avoidable expenses.

They used to have a shuttle from Hamburg to a nearby Wacken town, and just stay in hostels if you want to be in Berlin.

Well yeah, i know transportation is really cheap there but im just overguessing in case, because i may take an extended trip and go around to like Amsterdam and France. also i could find cheaper at Berlin but i just did a quick look at top rated hotels and thats pretty cheap for the #1 top rated hotel
