The school's football team is under investigation for its dealing with Heisman Trophy-winning running back Reggie Bush, who played at the school from 2003-2005. Bush also won the 2005 Heisman; if he is found retroactively ineligible, the Heisman Trust could strip him of his 2005 Heisman Trophy.
The NCAA and investigators from the Pac-10 Conference have tried to determine whether Bush and his parents took improper benefits, including an alleged rent-free residence provided by a sports marketer. Bush has not met with NCAA and Pac-10 investigators and has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.
Plus USC is a repeat violator due to their basketball sanctions.
The Pac-10 conference announced Thursday that the University of Colorado has agreed to leave the Big 12 to join its conference.
"This is an historic moment for the Conference, as the Pac-10 is poised for tremendous growth," commissioner Larry Scott said in a statement.
"The University of Colorado is a great fit for the Conference both academically and athletically and we are incredibly excited to welcome Colorado to the Pac-10.
I find it funny they say a great fit academically when I just read about Colorado being penalized for poor academics hahahaha.
"Also I do not care and will not care about college football as long as the bcs is in place."
Even if you hate Ohio State fans we can agree on the futility of the BCS. It is blatant favoritism towards bigger schools and one of the biggest jokes of a system I've ever seen. Every other major sport in this country uses a playoff system, why does CFB have to be different? Oh yeah for money, which the players see none of. Fucking ridiculous.

But since this has already happened...it is going to be a pretty awkward 2 years.
