Yeah I was wary of my stomach for a while and didn't lift anything heavy for a good 6+ weeks after surgery. Even now I'm cautious and slowly building my core strength back up. For a few weeks I had two bits of nylon (dissolvable stitches) sticking out of me which was pretty gross
hopefully soon. I'm trying to plan a midwest mini-tour for around June-ish next year. I want to hit Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, and Southern Illinois. Then hopefully Nashville, and if we can make it further south, that'd be great
