The ween ticket purchase for Nashville was fucking stupid. I helped my coworker get the two day package we were logged into my account so he just ordered under my name. You couldn’t do anything with the tickets until 8:30 the night before and when they finally were available the only option available was to print the tickets. Problem being my coworker was off work the next day and I don’t work until 8:30. He had to delay leaving and come in to work to pick his tickets up before he left on his trip. They also had bought a couple extras for friends and they couldn’t just transfer them to him they had to wait on them and their flight didn’t get in until about an hour before show time. Trying to stop scalpers they effectively made their fans incredibly frustrating. He was saying the majority of people there he talked to were bitching about the tickets
You tryin to be a hero fool? You wanna see badass mother fucker?! I'll show ya a badass!!!
Couldn't will call look them up and print them right there at the box office?
We had our Primus tickets to get our VIP gift package and do the Q and A, but afterwards the wife left her phone back at the room (we had phone tickets) when it was time for doors to open for the show itself. They found the order, checked our ID, and printed them on the spot.
The original purchaser would have had to be at will call with them. They wanted to get in at doors but couldn’t because they had to wait on the friends arriving later

Depends on the venue and staff I guess. My buddy didn't go to Slayer in Grand Rapids. They released the tickets Anthrax comped to my friend to me after I showed a text saying to release them to me from him along with a picture of his drivers license that he had also texted me as verification. Took less than a minute lol.
