yeah, chance has some shit to attend to so theyre continuing on as an instrumental for the duration of the tour. gotta hand it to them, most bands would throw in the towel, and Ive experienced the iration from that.
first they raise money for animal charities, then they continue forward minus their frontman.
yeah, i was kinda psyched for them, but we are really going to see AA jeebus, whenever I type that, for a split second I feel a wave of terror as though I'm endorsing Attack Attack....

Before I saw the Amon Amarth comment, I thought you were talking about Asking Alexandria lol
Ah. Interesting. I missed Cage at Bonnaroo. I really wanted to see them for awhile, but Happy Birthday fucking sucked. It's like they dropped everything they were doing from the first album and tried to sound as generic indie as possible. Like the first ablum was everywhere and most of the time there wasn't any focus on clean singing. I bet their live show is still pretty crazy though.
Saw them at a festival a few years ago when they were supporting the side stage, they blew almost everyone else away that day.
I love most of the first album, the gritty/dirty bluesy aspect they incorporated on it was something pretty cool as apposed to all of the other similar bands to come out of the last several years, only The Black Keys come to mind that were as "out there" for a bit.
The new CTE is alright, but it's boring as hell compared to the first record.

I've been to Detroit surprisingly few times this year.
Edit - Just checked, he plays "I'll Try Anything Once" and "Ize Of The World" regularly
