Hmmmm, I kinda wish I had heard of Power Trip cause I've never been to Rubber Gloves before.
They're a local hardcore/thrash band and they kill live! I saw them at 1919 and people were going insane and people were swinging from the rafters. Definitely check 'em out. It's $10 since you're 21+. Here's the event http://www.facebook.com/events/252208231533100/
