When we met Brett he actually hooked us up with some free merch and as many pics as we wanted because during the meet and greet, my little bro (who was like 6) handed him a letter he made saying sorry about his brother dying a few weeks earlier. As we walked away he ran up to us and said the was the nicest thing anyone has done for him in a while, as most fans were just concerned with getting pics, autographs, etc.
