There will be a live lead in to Raw on the WWE Network and a post show following. But RAW and Smackdown are staying on cable. Though not necessarily on USA and SyFy. They're in the process of negotiating a new massive television deal that's expected to rival the NBA and Nascar (not kidding). Their live programming is that valuable. If they don't come to terms to stay with NBC/Universal (USA/SyFy) by Feb. 28th, then Disney (ESPN, A&E, etc.) and FOX are expected to make a move.
Every single WWE/WCW/ECW PPV ever will be available at launch. As time goes on more content will be made available. Every episode of Raw/Smackdown/Nitro/Thunder/ECW TV, documentaries, never released footage, etc..
There's over 150,000 hours of footage expected to be available.
