I think voyage will win but I just can't imagine any wooden coaster being better than the beast. There is no better ride at night than the beast. By far the best coaster I have been on
You tryin to be a hero fool? You wanna see badass mother fucker?! I'll show ya a badass!!!
I tell you it is the best ride ever at night. Three long tunnels that are awesome. One is concrete and the train literally screams through it.

When it opened in the spring of 1979 in the Rivertown section of the park, it was the longest, tallest, and fastest wooden roller coaster in the world.[1] It is still the longest wooden roller coaster[2] lasting more than four minutes and sprawling over 35 acres (14 ha).
The Beast has been consistently rated as one of the top roller coasters in the world since its debut, having earned a solid reputation among coaster enthusiasts. Even after more than 30 years, it remains one of the main attractions at Kings Island that has accommodated over 45 million riders, third-most at the park.[3]

I feels like you're going a lot faster then you really are because you hug the ground so much. It was very very rough for several years to the point where they weren't getting many riders but this year it's been awesome again they fixed parts of the track.

Going to Six Flags Over Texas for the first time since I quit working there last spring on Friday. I guess I'm excited to ride Mr. Freeze: Reverse Blast (even though it's fucking retarded how they just flipped the trains), but at least I get to ride the new Texas Giant again
The son of beast at kings island will be removed at the end of this year for a park expansion. I'm glad to see it go after all the problems but I'll miss it only wooden coaster to have a loop

On Thursday a bird collided with a rider on the Kingda Ka roller coaster at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ.
The juvenile male who suffered only minor injuries to the face and neck, was taken to a local hospital for treatment. The collision occurred at 4:45 PM on the return hill that leads into the ride's final brake point.
Kingda Ka is the tallest roller coaster in the world at 45 stories, 456 feet tall. The ride reaches speeds at up to 128 miles per hour.
The park notified the State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and was cleared to reopen the ride thirty minutes later.
