On pacific time. It depends on where he lives. If he lives in one time zone then he's 1 hour behind me but if he lives further west then it's two hours behind me which would be perfectly fine But I think he lives in Iowa which would mean he's only an hour behind me so he voted at 12:38 in the morning

If the creative force behind Exodus wasn't Hammett, which a lot of people claim, then it's not outside of the question for him to have stolen them. Either way though, it's sorta lazy to take riffs already released under a different name and use them again, even if you did write them.
