You clearly don't understand what rules are. If they're not on at the beginning thentey shouldn't be added on half way through because earlier people could have added to them instead of other bands or taken away from them instead of other bands meaning there could still be onslaught on here or any other band etc i know that's a lot for you to understand but try to wrap your pea sized mind around that concept
