If you do, you have to go with them to the venue so they can get it. I've hated the concept since I heard about it. It prevents me from going to certain shows and I don't get a physical ticket I can keep

They can buy using pre paid cards or you can take their card to the venue. There are other ways around it. People panic too much about paperless
