If you don't know who this is, it's Count Olaf from A Series Of Unfortunate Events. He's an antagonist done right. 13 books across and he never got boring. So truly cold hearted and cruel. He was truly menacing in the books. I'm still surprised it was sold as a Children's books series with the shit that he did in the books.
