Has anyone heard about this new Ozzy/Randy DVD?

While browsing on NewburyComics.com I ran across a DVD scheduled for release 5/25/10 entitled Blizzard Of Oz: Diary Of A Madman Tour 1982. It's available for pre-order now. Anybody have any details other than the obvious? Is this the fabled footage that Ozzy has been sitting on for years?
