damn, the lip sync is off by a few seconds. since i use vlc to play back videos, is there any way to fix that

In VLC... you CAN sync it.
I dont remember where to do it though... it's been a while since i've used it. I think its under the Options tab.... or Audio options or someshit.
Look around.... THERE IS one though

I think I got what you are looking for.
Go to Tools and click on Track Synchonization.
Then where it says "advance of audio over video," you have to toy with the timing until you get it right.
