I don't have depression but I swear I start contemplating suicide when I miss an entire night of sleep.

I will generally sleep like 2-3 hours a night for like five or six days straight, the crash like 12 hours on the next day off. Sometimes i will go two days+ without any sleep if i'm stressing shit about work or whatever.
