It's basically Big Brother: Pseudo Musicians ..... but British. It's a Riot:

The premise of the show is not that good; after all, its Reality TV..... but its just a fun watch.

And in a serious note.... if you can take something serious from this its the old "when you point at somebody, there are 3 fingers pointing back at you" gag.
The song they make is goofy though.
