Gonna punch the Steinbrenner's in the fucking face if I ever get the chance. RIP George but your sons are the biggest fucking faggots on the planet. Sell the team to someone who actually wants to win instead of throwing these stupid extravagant ceremonies every other day for no fucking reason.
god damn, sorry you can't buy every championship...
They give Brian McCann $85 million, Carlos Beltran $50 million, Chase Headley $55 million, Jacoby Ellsbury $155 million, but they can't give this kid 35 million? They hand out contracts to dudes over 30 all the time but they cant take a risk on this kid. Even if there's a 100% tax on this kid, its still worth it.
he was decent at times last year. Regardless they are set up to have a decent rotation this year. Al should be good, Hanrahan is a guy who could give us good innings. Nathan wasn't as bad as perceived last year, after a rocky start he had a pretty good year. Soria should be pretty good. Rondon is looking healthy. thats all without mentioning gorzelanny who also has a pretty solid arm when healthy. Joba isn't going to be relied on in the 8th inning like he was last year.
why did the tigers resign joba? ) ) ) ) dumb fucks continue to be dumb fucks i guess
1. He was our best reliever last season. 2. They're paying him $1 million for 1 year and he's not going to pitch the eighth inning. Low-risk signing. 3. As I've said and will keep saying, quantity over quality when it comes to the bullpen. If Rondon breaks down again or Nathan shits the bed or Soria gets hurt, they have options. Bullpens are a crapshoot and the Tigers are building it the right way this year.
