    Ape is there any reason to expect anything from Drew Stubbs this year? He is available in fantasy. Is he even starting?

    Stubbs Is with the indians now. I've been so busy with the baby stuff I haven't been able to follow other teams much. I wouldn't touch him if he is starting. Give it a couple weeks and watch him. I doubt anyone who knows anything about him will pick him up right now

    Not the tigers...last year the first game was a Thursday..also cabreras first game as a tiger was an opening day Thursday

    You added the second part after I saw it. Ludwick can be a good pickup for you however you either have to leave him on the market and hope no one grabs him or pick him up now and be patient. He is kind of a slow starter. I think it was end of may last year when he really came on. Same for whoever has latos. Dude will get you big points but almost all of his losses come In april and may

    actually I take back what I said Rex...........sort of

    In September 2010, it was announced that MLB would have its teams open the 2011 season on a Thursday (March 31) or Friday (April 1) rather than the traditional Monday, which was in place for over 100 years. This was in order to prevent the World Series from extending into November. The season would eventually start on Thursday, March 31.[14] Similarly, most teams opened the 2012 season on Thursday (April 5) or Friday (April 6).
