At the rate he is going it will be 10 years if he is lucky. He seems clueless ...........and btw he didn't build those Red Sox championships from the ground up. It was already in place when he got there, but he just built around the strong foundation that he already had.

Theo is doing what he is supposed to. Gutting this team and starting over was the main thing. Accepting it's time to rebuild and getting it started was key.
