The best way to know that a torrent doesn't have a virus is by seeders. If you see the torrent has a lot of seeders it's safe.

It's just lame, and totally forgettable. Listen to whatever that one song was with Randy Blythe on it and I think that's the only song on it you'll enjoy. I didn't enjoy it though.
