Committing copyright infringement of some artist intellectual property does not equal theft. For there to be theft there needs to be a quantifiable deprivation of goods (ie.... I took this, and you no longer have it). I am not saying that committing copyright infringement is not immoral, however I am stating fact that it does not conform to the legal definition of theft.

Your statement is about equal to saying "Why dont you go buy it you fuckin murderer". Copyright infringement is as close to being murder as it is to being theft.
