Also I'm pumped for my Slayer show. It might be .5-layer but they're responsible for me getting into metal and live music. Also its sold out and at a casino, gonna be getting shitfaced
Lmao right. Dudes the only one who doesn't sound like a stuck pig and he has the best range but he's the worst? Nah.
His voice has declined the least with age but saying he has the best range is just wrong. He has a high voice, that doesn't mean he has good range.
Well Dave only has nasal tones, Tom doesn't really sing he just yells, and James is pretty monotone with vowels on the end. Which range you going with?

James' low to high end is just a larger range than Joey. He stays monotone on many songs, but he regularly hits lower lows than Joey and can match his high end as well.
Dave uses nasal tones, but that still counts. Technically he has the widest range out of the four, but yeah his technique is an acquired taste.

But he does have a good range lol I love every band in the 4 but Joey's vocals are the best. I fucking love Tom but come on. With few exceptions, he just kind of yells and I'm not saying that's easy to do but you really can't compare him and Joey. And James can't hit a high note anywhere near Joey. I'll give you his low notes but not much else. And I'm not even going into an explanation for Mustaine come the fuck on Joey>
Joey is by far the best vocalist of the big four, dafuq. He was the only one with any kind of melody back in the 80s, and now his voice has morphed into something resembling that of Dio.

Tom's range > Joey's range
Sure hes never growled or sang raspy, but his voice is better.
Also Rex, listen through the new album and tell me he doesnt sound like Dio on that album.
